Product Description
Content Introduction This is the latest album from Czech symphonic metal band SYMPHONITY, who made a striking debut with the album "VOICE FROM THE SILENCE," and this is their first album in six years. This work is based on the concept of Marco Polo, the famous merchant from "The Travels of Marco Polo." Each song is titled after a part of the journey described in "The Travels of Marco Polo." One of the band's distinguishing features is its twin vocal arrangement. By dividing the work between the two, they are able to create songs with a wide range of expression and achieve rich choral work in live performances. Until their previous album, Olaf Heyer (formerly of LUCA TURILLI) and Herbie Lanhans (AVANTASIA, etc.) were in charge of vocals, but for this album, Konstantin Noumenko (SUNRISE) and Mayo Petranin (CASTAWAY) have taken over. The band's signature melodic symphonic metal style remains intact. This album is a concept album, beginning with an introduction featuring orchestration and narration, and unfolding a series of dynamic scenes with each song. The entire album tells a grand story, culminating in a grand finale. It's a masterpiece from the band, and it's easy to see why it took six long years to create.
