Content Introduction Dynasty is a Swedish metal band featuring Nils Morin, who is also the current vocalist of Amaranthe. This is their 8th album, their first in approximately two and a half years. Formed in Stockholm in 2007, they debuted in 2009 with "Bring the Thunder" (MICP-11330). At that time, vocalist Nils Morin was selected as a support singer for H.E.A.T, and his reputation as a vocalist was high even then. The band moved to Stormvox, the same record label as H.E.A.T at the time, and released two albums before signing with Spinefarm, a subsidiary of Universal, and releasing the album "Renatus". In 2016, they returned to Japan at Marquee and released "Titanic Mass" (MICP-11285), and finally made their first visit to Japan for this album. Immediately afterward, Nils Morin made a surprise move by joining Amaranthe, a popular band from his hometown, where he had been selected as a support member. However, he continued his activities with Dynasty and signed with Germany's AFM Records. In 2018, they released "Firesign" (MICP-11446), and in 2020, "The Dark Delight" (MICP-11546), both of which have a strong following in Japan. This album is the band's eighth studio album. Building on the momentum of their previous album, "The Dark Delight" (MICP-11546), which was highly acclaimed in Japan, this work fully establishes Dynasty's unique style, featuring a powerful sound centered around twin guitars and vocals.
