Contents: A double-disc all-time best album looking back on the career of "Queen of Symphonic Rock," Lana Lane. She debuted in 1995 with "Love Is an Illusion." Lana's expressive vocals and songs created primarily by her husband and producer, Erik Norlander (Key), and the symphonic rock sound perfected by the two of them, captivated hard rock fans with her 3rd album, "Garden of the Moon," and she made her first visit to Japan with this album. Following this visit, her relationship with Japan grew stronger, and since then, she has energetically released studio albums, cover albums, live albums, etc., almost every year. After "El Dorado Hotel" in 2012, her activities were interrupted for a while, and Lana pursued her own business, but in 2021, her return to artistic activities was announced, and a new album, her first in 10 years, was released. This album is a double-disc best-of album released in conjunction with the release of the long-awaited new album "Neptune Blue" (released January 28, 2022). The selection focuses on songs that are particularly popular with Japanese audiences, taken from all of her original studio albums as well as other EPs and compilation albums. It also includes songs that have not been included in previous best-of albums. 2022 marks the 25th anniversary of our Avalon label, and a remix of "Avalon," the song that gave the label its name, is included. It is one of Lana Lane's finest ballads, and has long been highly regarded by fans for her ballads. Lana Lane and Erik Norlander, the core members of LANA LANE, were also involved in the selection of tracks. Erik has newly remastered the tracks for this best-of album. In addition to the aforementioned new remix of "Avalon," it also includes a long version of "A Place in Time" and a short version of "Secrets of Astrology," which are being released in Japan for the first time.
