As the title "The Sweetest Sound" suggests, her clear vocals and piano blend together in a chamber music-like balance. European aesthetics quietly reside in American standards, and jazz gains a "different soul." It also includes the popular jazz bossa nova track "Little Bird" with its delightfully bouncy rhythm.
