Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen, formed in 1967, have reunited. With new members, they've released the album "Back From the Ozone," showcasing their original diverse styles and versatility. The original Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen were formed in 1967. At the time, there was no such thing as a wild group of long-haired men in cowboy shirts, and by the time they made their debut album, "Lost In The Ozone," they had coalesced into a tight, swinging rock unit. Their diverse styles and versatility remain unparalleled, then and now. Fifty years later, they reunited to record "Back From The Ozone." The album features Bill Kirchen and John Tichy on guitar, "Buffalo" Bruce Barlow on bass, and steel guitar by Bobby Black and Peter Siegel, both still going strong in their 80s. With the addition of drummer Paul Revelli and pianist Austin de Lone (replacing the late George "Commander" Frayne), Lost Planet Airmen in 2023 became an incredible band. [TRACKLIST] 1.
