Selected as one of the 10 acts in the "New Generation of Japanese Music 2020" feature of Music Magazine's September 2020 issue. Following her previous work "urban brew" (2019), which was released on cassette tape and analog record, Isayahh Wuddha's 2nd album "Inner City Pop" was produced using a vintage cassette tape MTR. A collection of locked-room drum machine songs, with all performances and recordings done by Isayahh Wuddha herself. The psychedelic, rhythmically swaying lo-fi sound, also seen in the preceding 7-inch single "I shit ill" included on this album, evokes the joy of touching the depths of music. While he attracted attention after being selected as one of the 10 notable acts in the September 2020 issue of Music Magazine's special feature "The New Generation of Japanese Music 2020," the shadowy, naturally colored smoke emanating from him, whose whereabouts remain unknown, will likely become a soundtrack to confronting society. The UK version "urban brew" (12-inch Vinyl) was released on May 15, 2020, by the London label WotNot Music, and became a smash hit when it was re-imported to Japan. Subsequently, "something in blue" was selected for Giles Peterson's radio show.
