This album features 12 tracks in total: the band's first three 7-inch singles released by We Are Busy Bodies Records (recorded between 2009 and 2010), a demo version of their breakout 2012 single "Wet Blanket," two tracks from the limited bonus single available with pre-orders of their 2012 album "METZ," "Can't Understand" released by Adult Swim in 2013, and two tracks released by Three One G in 2015.
