The original work is "Hyakuem.", the debut serialized work of Uotou, author of "Chi. -On the Movement of the Earth-" (published in Kodansha's "Magazine Pocket"). The jacket features an illustration by Uotou. The music is handled by Hiroaki Tsutsumi, who has worked on the soundtracks for numerous popular anime, dramas, and films such as "Tokyo Revengers," "Jujutsu Kaisen," and "Dr. STONE." DISC 1 contains all 20 tracks of the main soundtrack music, which was produced using film scoring. The recording took place in three locations: New York, Budapest, and Tokyo, with renowned musicians from each participating. The immersive sound that creates the sense of speed and tension in the work is a must-listen. DISC 2 [Extended Edition] includes 12 tracks in total, including a valuable demo version of the film score that offers a glimpse into the origins of the film's music production, as well as extra versions and workout versions that use motifs from the film score but have enhanced their individuality as songs. Pursuing the quality of an instrumental album, this is a superb work that transcends the boundaries of a soundtrack.
