Miki Matsubara's 6th to 8th albums are being released together on UHQCD for the first time (previously HQCD). Miki Matsubara's first best-of album, originally released in 1983, is being reissued on UHQCD! This album, released in 1983 as Miki Matsubara's first best-of album, features the first track, "Paradise Beach (Sophie's Theme)," produced by Takashi Matsumoto and Haruomi Hosono, and used in a TV commercial starring French actress Sophie Marceau. This light and elegant song was released as a single before being included on this album. In addition, it includes five singles, such as "Mayonaka no Door ~stay with me~," which became synonymous with city pop, and "Neat na Gogo 3-ji," a Shiseido commercial song, as well as "Halation," a Latin-influenced track composed by Miki Matsubara herself. This best-of selection condenses three years of Miki Matsubara's string of hits since her debut.
