Released in March 2004, "Ultravisitor," a representative work of the genius Squarepusher, is one of the most popular works in his brilliant discography and a landmark masterpiece that solidified his reputation. From the anthemic title track to the beloved classic "Iambic 9 Poetry" and the ferocious electronic sounds of "Steinbolt," and the blissful melody of "Tommib Help Buss" that feels like it's bathed in sunlight, this album, a blend of studio and live recordings, brilliantly expresses the diversity of music created by Squarepusher, also known as Tom Jenkinson. To commemorate the 20th anniversary, this reissue has been remastered from the original tapes by Jason Mitchell of Loud Mastering under the supervision of Tom Jenkinson himself, resulting in a sound with richer dynamics and detail. Furthermore, Disc 2 of this release, "Venus No.17 Maximised," contains a total of eight tracks, including parts of the promotional CD for "Ultravisitor," released on January 26, 2004, as well as "Square Window," which was distributed only to fans who pre-ordered at WarpMart and was included on the limited edition CD in Japan, and tracks from the EP "Venus No.17." The accompanying booklet features rare photographs, posters, and recording materials unearthed from Tom's own archives.
