They moved their base of operations to Belgium and decided to perform under the name Track. Jay Shortham (vocals, bass), Peter Diaz (guitar), and Richard Kern (drums) released the album \"Surprise, Surprise\" (1974), which mainly consisted of remakes of songs from their October Cherries era. Released on the band's own label, Bar Records, the album became a hit on the charts in Malaysia, a neighboring country of Singapore with a larger music market, and also gained popularity in Malay communities in European countries. Based on a sound that followed the \"pop yeah yeah\" trend popular in Malaysia in the 1960s, they approached a psychedelic side by layering guitars and synthesizers. In \"Surprise, Surprise,\" they added a rock taste, and in \"Broken Chair,\" they simulated strings with synthesizers, incorporating contemporary sound production unique to the 1970s. Furthermore, they went to England and recorded \"One Fine Day\" (1976) under the name Cole Track.
