Their second album, \"Fuck What You Think,\" was scheduled for release in 1994 by WILD PITCH but was shelved due to various circumstances (released in 1998). Now, in conjunction with the 25th anniversary edition of \"Breaking Atoms,\" it will be released domestically for the first time, with bonus tracks added! Main Source, who were working on an album following their first album \"Breaking Atoms,\" saw Large Professor leave before they could complete it. The remaining members, K. Cutt and Sir Scratch, revived the band by welcoming Mikey D of Mikey D \u0026amp; LA Posse, known for releases such as \"I Get Rough,\" produced by Paul C (deceased), Large Professor's mentor, as their new MC. Influenced by the rise of NY hardcore sounds following the debuts of Nas and Wu-Tang Clan, the group revived as a hard-rocking act. Their comeback single, \"What You Think,\" was well-received, and they went on to produce the album \"Fuck What You Think\" under the direction of Wild Pitch, just like their first album. Although the completion of this album was widely announced, Mikey D's departure led to the album being shelved, and it became a legendary, unreleased album... (It was unexpectedly released in 1998 after Main Source disbanded). This controversial (yet excellent!) album is finally getting its first domestic release, coinciding with the 25th anniversary edition of 'Breaking Atoms,' and includes bonus tracks! While reborn as a hardcore album, the funky sampling sound reminiscent of the 'Breaking Atoms' era remains, starting with M1 \"Diary Of A Hit Man.\" Tracks like M3 \"What You Need,\" which Madonna sampled in \"Human Nature\" (1995), and the hot posse cut M10 \"Set It Off,\" featuring Jadakiss (who later debuted with The Rocks on Bad Boy Records) and Sheik Rouch, are sure to impress fans. Despite being overshadowed by the masterpiece 'Breaking Atoms,' 'Fuck What You Think' has been rarely discussed, but it's no exaggeration to call it a masterpiece in a different vein than 'Breaking Atoms'! For this reissue, \"Without Breakin It\" was released under the name Mikey D. \"Down\" and \"Got'm Say'n Hey\" (produced by Large Professor!) are included as bonus tracks! Media reviews and more: After Large Professor's departure, Main Source, with Mikey D joining as the new MC, restarted their career and planned to release their second album, \"Fuck What You Think,\" on WILD PITCH in 1994, but it was shelved due to various circumstances (released in 1998)! Together with the 25th anniversary edition of \"Breaking Atoms,\" bonus tracks have been added, and it is finally being released domestically for the first time!
