Conceived over a decade ago as part of an elaborate project encompassing music, video, and performance, this album is not only an intensely personal and vulnerable expression of Wayne's creative potential and exploration of the mystical, but also a bridge across the artificial boundaries that separate us from the unfiltered voice within everyone. The album originated from an improvisational performance between Wayne and Richard, a client he supported, in 2009. Richard suffered from severe autism and was labeled as someone who couldn't communicate verbally. But one day, when Wayne invited Richard into his room to play the piano, he encountered a surprising behavior. Richard began to sing a few simple phrases over Wayne's piano, his words intertwining with melancholic chords. Moved by this experience, Wayne began developing a vocal style that resonated with the natural, unprocessed human voice as a means of achieving infinite interconnectedness. He sought the \"voice of the inner child\" that had neither a concept of the world he lived in nor the means to navigate it. This realization fueled the artist's deep creative work, which has continued for nearly 14 years to this day.
