After releasing two demos, they made their album debut in 2003 with \"Invitation.\" They continued to release albums such as \"Divinity\" (2004), \"The Fallen Empire\" (2006), and \"Unholy\" (2009). However, repeated member changes led to a stagnation in their activities in the 2010s. Ultimately, after a stage performance reuniting the original members in 2016, Altaria disbanded. However, in 2019, they decided to reunite. To celebrate their 20th anniversary, they began working on a new album. But as we know, 2020 saw the world engulfed in a pandemic, causing significant delays. Although it ended up being two years later than planned, the album was finally completed. That album is their fifth, \"Wisdom,\" which is now being released. If you were to describe Altaria's style in one word, it would be melancholic heavy metal with a distinctly Nordic feel.
