HammerFall's success marked the resurgence of traditional heavy metal in Sweden and indeed the global metal scene. Their subsequent achievements are well-known. Their 2000 album, \"Renegade,\" reached number one on the Swedish charts. They became a band representing the heavy metal world in both popularity and skill. Now, they are releasing their 12th album, \"Hammer of Dawn,\" their first in three years.
