Reading the news that they were working on their second album, he contacted their management and asked, \"Are you considering hiring an outside songwriter?\" This was because Judas Priest, the band KK was in, sometimes hired outside composers to aim for radio hits. Christoffel began writing songs, hoping for good news. He soon came up with some excellent tracks, but received no response from KK's management. So, to celebrate his 50th birthday, he decided to record them as a heavy metal project. That's why the band's name is taken from a Judas Priest album title. Now, their debut album, \"Odes To The Gods,\" is being released. Christoffel is supported by members of Therion, including Thomas Wikstr?m (vocals). Furthermore, Tim \"Ripper\" Owens and Christopher Davidson of Majestica also participate as guest vocalists. Therion's policy of \"having the perfect vocalist sing each song\" is carried on here.
