While his previous album \"Patience\" took seven years to produce and record, this new album is a spontaneous creation, with recording beginning as soon as a song is written, and collaborating with various musicians and producers in different countries and in his home state of Bergen, Norway, via the internet. Sondre himself says that this production style was \"undoubtedly the boldest and most complex process, yet at the same time the easiest, most natural, and most liberating,\" resulting in a massive 90+ minute album overflowing with ideas and his most ambitious album to date. In the summer of 2020, when the Norwegian government's response had calmed the COVID-19 situation, he embarked on what was probably the world's first tour. Due to the circumstances, he traveled completely solo, without a crew or band, and he says that this time allowed him to unearth his own creativity. After a show, he would swim in the dark, in the deserted ocean, and while writing songs alone with his guitar, he felt a clarity he had never achieved before, and felt the ability to express his emotions with a newly discovered precision, joyfully and freely. This is an incredibly rich masterpiece, a fusion of new creativity and rich musical experience!
