This CD-BOX is based on the \"Ultraman Cosmos - Original Soundtrack vol.1,\" \"Ultraman Cosmos - Original Soundtrack vol.2,\" and \"Ultraman Cosmos - Original Soundtrack vol.3\" released during the TV series broadcast, including the first theatrical film \"Ultraman Cosmos THE FIRST CONTACT.\" The soundtracks have been digitally remastered, and tracks that previously contained multiple songs on one track have been rearranged to one song per track. Furthermore, background music not included on the original CDs has been added. It also includes theme songs and insert songs sung by Project DMM, a unit that had only recently debuted at the time, as well as instrumental versions (melody orchestra) of karaoke tracks and insert songs, which are being released commercially for the first time. Four of the five disc jackets use the designs from Soundtrack Vol.1-Vol.3 and the Song Collection, with single jackets and other artwork in color on the back. The 76-page booklet includes a reproduction of the articles that were originally on the jackets of each soundtrack album, as well as a new music-making dialogue between Yasuo Akihiro, who created the album's composition, commentary, and interview articles at the time, and the producer at Nippon Columbia, along with recording data for the background music and vocal tracks, and release data for the sound sources.
