In parallel, she traveled to the United States almost every year to hone her skills, visiting Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and other places, deepening her connections with local musicians. In 2014, she recorded with Tommy Malone and others. Then, in 2016, she began working with the Mama's Boys, the band of New Orleans legend Johnny Mastro.
