There, he met guitarist Ron Strychert, and in 1978 they formed Men at Work. They made their single debut in 1979 and released the album \"Business as Usual\" in 1981. They became a huge hit in the US and around the world, with two songs, \"Who Can It Be Now?\" and \"Down Under,\" reaching number one in the US, and they also won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist. After releasing two more albums, they disbanded in 1985. He began a solo career in LA and has consistently released more than 10 albums since \"Looking for Jack\" in 1987. In 1996, Men at Work reunited, and they performed live at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. His songs have been featured in many American movies and TV dramas, and he still enjoys a strong following.
