Wind And Rain Crooked Still is a contemporary and progressive folk band formed in Boston in 2001. It was formed when lead singer\/guitarist Eefa O'Donovan and bassist Cory DiMario, who were studying at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, met banjo player Gregory List and cellist Lushad Eagleston, who were studying at Berklee College of Music. They debuted in 2004 with \"Hop High\" on Footprint, which led to appearances at festivals such as the Newport Folk Festival. Their activities gradually expanded, and in 2006 they signed with the long-established Boston label, Signature Sound, and released their second album, \"Shaken By A Low Sound.\" In 2008, cellist Tristan Claridge was replaced by fiddler Brittany Haas.
