Live With The Lie The Bacon Brothers are a Philadelphia-based duo consisting of brothers Michael Bacon (born 1949) and Kevin Bacon (born 1958). Kevin is a well-known Hollywood actor who has appeared in many films, including Footloose and A Few Good Men. His older brother, Michael, is a singer-songwriter who also releases solo albums and is a composer who has worked on music for numerous films and TV dramas. He is also a faculty member in the music department at Lehman College in New York. They have been playing music together since childhood, but officially started working as a band after a one-night-only concert in 1994. In 1997, they released their first album, \"Forosoco\" (the title is derived from the first letters of the musical genres they play: folk, rock, soul, and country).
