In 1977, he moved to Paris and was discovered by Mick Jagger while playing in clubs and on the streets. In 1978, he participated in the recording of the Rolling Stones' mega-hit \"Miss You,\" and toured with them, making his name known to rock fans worldwide. Since then, he has participated in numerous famous albums across genres, not only in the blues scene but also with Bob Dylan, Stan Getz, Prince, and others. In 1980, he released his first album, \"Crossroad.\" From the 1990s onward, he consistently released solo studio albums, including \"Blue Blazes\" (1993), \"In Your Eyes\" (1995), \"Code Blue\" (2007), and \"Threshold\" (2009).
