He moved to Chicago in 1988 and participated in blues sessions almost every night. He later joined Tail Drugger's band and performed with many musicians. He also participated in tours with Pinetop Perkins and others. In 1994, he signed with Delmark with a band with Jimmy Burns. In 1997, he released his debut album, \"Straight Out of Chicago,\" which became a hit. In 2016, he moved to California and has been active as a backing musician for Aki Kumar, Alabama Mike, and others. He also visited Japan in 2014 and 2018. Meanwhile, Kike Gomez was born in Madrid, Spain in the mid-1970s. He started playing harmonica at the age of 18 and was active locally. He first visited Chicago in 2008 and soon after began backing artists such as John Primer and Eddie C. Campbell. In 2011, he released \"Chicago \"3011 Studios\" Sessions\" in collaboration with Luca Giordano.
