Initially, they took their band name from a Guns N' Roses song and called themselves Reckless Life, mainly playing cover songs. Later, they changed their name to their current name, Reckless Love. Around this time, they also started writing more original songs, and their direction as a band solidified. There was a period when Oli Herrmann (Vo) joined Crashdiet, and the band was on hiatus, but he later returned, and after some member changes, they debuted in 2010 with the album \"Reckless Love.\" Their debut album was popular in Japan, and they made their first visit to Japan that same year, performing at Loud Park. Riding on their momentum, the band released their second album, \"ANIMAL ATTRACTION,\" in 2011, and their third album, \"SPIRIT,\" in 2013. \"SPIRIT\" achieved the remarkable feat of reaching number 3 on the Finnish national charts, establishing them as one of the top bands in their home country. In 2016, they released the album \"INVADER\" and held their first solo concert in Japan. Another solo concert in Japan was planned for 2020, but was canceled due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. As you can hear from the singles \"Outrun\" and \"Eyes Of A Maniac,\" which were released in advance from the album, this long-awaited album is based on the 80s rock that they respect, but also boldly incorporates a lot of retro-pop elements, featuring mainly upbeat and catchy songs.
