Their first achievement is their debut album, \"Arcana Ris,\" which brilliantly blends classic heavy metal, slow thrash, and doom. The album contains six metallic epics covering 45 minutes of music, and was recorded in various studios in the band's home country, Norway. Drawing inspiration from metal legends like Candlemass, Pentagram, Metallica, and early Kreator, and incorporating musical references to the extreme aspects of the doom spectrum from early Paradise Lost and Cathedral, Coffin Storm has created a sensational and majestic masterpiece, further enhanced by traces of the DNA cultivated by Apollyon and Bestial Tormentor through their collaborations with cult doom act Lamented Souls.
