In 2007, The View's debut album, 'Hats Off To Buskers', reached number one on the UK charts and went platinum. It was nominated for the Mercury Prize, and NME compared the band to The Stooges and The Libertines, receiving high praise. They also produced hit singles such as the indie classic \"Same Jeans,\" which reached number three on the singles chart, and the top 20 hits \"Wasted Little DJs\" and \"Superstar Tradesman.\" Of the four albums released afterward, 'Which Bitch?'
