It draws you into a sense of relaxed unreality. The original release was in 1992. This historical masterpiece was born from an attempt to create an extremely personal tape for Sergei Stoff, compiling previously unreleased recordings. While listening back to his own archive of unreleased recordings, Eno noticed a continuity between works he hadn't previously recognized, and before he knew it, he had created a full-length album. Each track is named after one of Eno's audio-visual installations, making this a historically significant work that brings music and art together, and at the same time, it is a culmination of his ambient works, as acknowledged by Eno himself.
